The Center relies on its team of young experts in impact evaluation to assist African development stakeholders (national and international non-governmental organizations, private and public enterprises, national and international institutions, central administrations, and local authorities) in formulating evidence-based interventions or policies and guiding their various political and economic choices.

In this regard, the center helps test the effectiveness of their interventions or various options, and especially assesses the efficiency of innovative social solutions using quantitative experimental and quasi-experimental methods. In the context of prospective evaluations, the center assists in drafting the impact evaluation protocol, collecting baseline and follow-up data, monitoring projects and programs, and drafting and disseminating impact evaluation reports. Upstream, the center assists in seeking funding from development partners based on cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analyses derived from management.
